Things we get asked about the bill.

Is the migration really free?
Yes. We rebuild your site, send you a private preview link, and only invoice if you sign up for the managed plan or buy it outright. If you walk away, no charge.
What's the 12-month minimum about?
The managed plan has a 12-month minimum because the migration is free up front. After 12 months it's month-to-month, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The 30-day money-back from signup applies regardless. If you don't want a 12-month commitment, buy outright instead.
What if I cancel inside the 12 months?
We bill the remaining months, pro-rata. We'd rather you stay because the site keeps working, but if it's not for you, we'll be straight about the number.
Are taxes included?
Prices are USD and exclude any local sales tax or GST. Stripe adds VAT/GST on top automatically where applicable.
What's not in scope?
Membership sites, learning management, and full e-commerce don't fit on the $19/month plan. We'll tell you on the discovery call. Most brochure sites, professional services, clinics, regional businesses, and B2B catalogues are exactly the right shape.
